時給1,010円~で、経験・スキルを考慮して優遇します。昇給制度があり、前年度実績では1時間あたり10円~20円の昇給がありました。交通費支給でマイカー通勤可能、無料駐車場完備です。昼食補助として1食410円のお弁当を半額で購入可能(補助上限3,500円/月)で、経済的な負担も軽減できます。

■ しっかり休める休日制度

年間休日124日、週休二日制で基本土日祝休みです。夏季・年末年始休暇・GW休暇もあり(会社カレンダーによる)、家族との時間や趣味の時間を大切にできます。有給休暇は入社から半年後に10日付与され、希望日に取得可能です。社会保険完備、制服貸与、健康診断、親睦会など、福利厚生も充実しています。

■ 選べる勤務時間

8時30分~12時00分の午前のみ、13時00分~17時30分の午後のみ、または8時30分~17時30分の間の3時間以上と、生活スタイルに合わせて勤務時間を選択できます。週5日勤務で、時間の相談も可能です。お子様の学校行事などでお休みが必要な時も、気軽に相談できる環境が整っています。
