製造業を中心とした大手顧客向けプライム案件のプロジェクトマネージャー・コンサルタントをお任せします。
【具体的な職務内容】
同社は、製造業向けデータマネジメントプラットフォーム「Orizuru」という自社ソリューションを持っています。日々、製造業が抱える共通の課題に対して、ワンストップで解決できないか模索した結果、創り出されたサービスです。
この「Orizuru」を活用し、顧客が現状抱える課題のヒアリング、開発計画の立案、投資対効果の見積など、ビジネス/デジタルの両視点から総合的にアプローチし、DX-ToBeダイジェストという同社オリジナルのドキュメントにまとめて提案頂きます。開発PMと協力しながら、課題の抽出、企画立案、実行、運用までを一気通貫で支援いただきます。
【「Orizuru」について】
OrizuruはIoT技術により製造現場の様々な状態をデータ化・可視化し、AIを活用して課題解決し、生産性の向上・業務効率化を実現します。ベテランの業務を自動化し属人性低減・省人化することで横展開が可能となります。既存の設備・業務フローは企業により多種多様ですが、同社では導入前の業務コンサルティングから内製化までを対応しております。

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■製造業向けPM/業務コンサルティング経験
■製造業界におけるDX推進もしくは下記ご経験
(生産管理・調達管理・製造管理・在庫管理・原価管理・物流管理など)
※開発PMと協力しながらプロジェクトを進めるため、開発の経験は不要です。製造業で勤務されていた方、もしくは、製造業向けに提案活動をされてきた方を歓迎しております。
【給与】
年収 700 ~ 1500 万円
■賞与実績:4ヵ月+α(3月/9月)
■給与改定:年2回(4月/10月)
■固定残業代の相当時間:35.0時間/月※実際の全社平均は月20時間です。
■年収についてはこの限りではなく、ご経験・ご志向に応じて柔軟に設定します。
■理論年収とは別途、SO付与の可能性あり。
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
