Scope of Work:

The System Clerk is responsible for managing day-to-day operations via the system by creating daily strategies and thoroughly communicating with operation supervisors to execute them effectively. This role involves monitoring operations through the system and providing actionable feedback to supervisors to ensure all KPIs are met daily. Working under the guidance of the System Superuser, the System Clerk will continuously seek improvements in system and operational flows to maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day inbound and outbound activities through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Strategically plan daily operations based on volume and collaborate closely with operation supervisors regarding the strategy.
  • Maintain professional verbal and written communication with all internal and external stakeholders, adhering to professional etiquette when interacting with management, coworkers, customers, and visitors.
  • Handle on-site system updates while coordinating with the responsible technical parties.
  • Export and organize data from the WMS to create comprehensive databases for operational analysis.
  • Conduct concise analysis and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Drive system improvements and continuously identify opportunities to enhance operations through system optimization.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure the team meets assigned KPIs on a daily basis.
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports for customers and upper management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for WMS inquiries and related IT issues, escalating to the appropriate person when necessary.
