清掃職場の責任者候補を募集

お仕事内容

清掃現場の運営・管理業務全般をリードしていただきます

  • 顧客対応

・清掃内容の確認、突発的な依頼への現地調査

・見積書作成および協力会社の手配

・建物設備の不具合(トイレ詰まり等)への迅速な対応

  • スタッフ・協力会社の管理

・パートスタッフ(自社・協力会社)の指導、シフト管理

・協力会社との定例ミーティング、品質確認、注文書送付

・欠員時の現場作業フォロー

  • 運営・数値管理

・年間の収益計画策定、見込み修正、交渉業務

・適切な要員配置(人員計画)の検討、採用資料の作成

・QCサークルや創意くふう活動など、社内改善活動の推進

07:00 | 出勤。朝礼でスタッフへ当日の業務指示

08:00 | 建物内の巡回。不具合箇所のチェック・対応

10:00 | 企業側担当者との定例ミーティング(月1回)

11:00 | 協力会社との事前安全打ち合わせ

13:00 | PCでの日報入力などの事務作業

14:00 | スポット清掃の見積書作成

15:00 | 週末におこなう定期作業の内容確認

16:00 | 業務終了お疲れ様でした
