仕事内容:
印刷オペレーター
印刷機の設定と操作印刷機のセットアップ、インクの補充、印刷プレートの取り付けや調整。
印刷機の運転開始、停止、および運転中の監視。
印刷品質の監視と調整印刷中の品質チェック、色の調整や位置ズレの修正。
印刷物の不具合やエラーの特定と修正。
紙の準備と取り扱い使用する紙の種類やサイズに応じて紙の準備。
印刷機への紙の供給と取り出し。
メンテナンスと清掃定期的な機械のメンテナンスと清掃作業。
緊急の機械トラブル対応。
作業ログの記録作業過程、使用材料、生産数量などの記録。
オペレーター補助
印刷物の移動と整理印刷された製品の搬出、整理、パッキング作業。
紙の準備補助印刷オペレーターの指示に基づき、必要な紙の準備と供給。
品質チェックの補助印刷物の初期品質チェックと不良品の除去。
清掃とメンテナンス補助印刷機周辺の清掃と、単純なメンテナンス作業の補助。
在庫管理補助印刷材料の在庫チェックと補充作業。

勤務時間・曜日:
【日勤】8:30~18:30(休憩13:00~14:00) 【夜勤】20:30~6:30(休憩1:00~2:00)
シフト制【日勤】→【夜勤】→【休み】のサイクルを行っていきます。
日曜夜勤、月曜日勤が勤務がないためサイクルが合えば連休も見込めます。
半年先の勤務日も決まっているため先の予定が組みやすくプライベートの予定が組みやすいです。

固定残業代あり:月給¥272,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥47,000〜¥93,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

その他:
弊社で支払われる給料は基本下記の項目です。
【基本給】:会社への理解度や社会人としての考え方、働くにあたっての立ち振る舞いなどの項目が点数化で評価されたものが基本給になります。(190,000~218,000円)
【勤続年数】:勤続年数が一年毎に500円基本給に加算されます
【グレード給】:生産性やメンテナンス力、OPスキルなどの項目が点数化で評価されたものがグレード給になります。(3,000~300,000円)
【固定残業代】:(基本給+グレード給)÷ カ月の平均勤務時間)=基本時給
基本時給×固定残業代×1.25=固定残業代(58,000~152,000円)
【インセンティブ】:勤務ごとにノルマが課せられます。その勤務の生産性によってインセンティブが発生する可能性があります。(1,500~3,000円)
※ノルマを達成できなくてもペナルティはございません。
【家族手当】:配偶者(10,000円)配偶者の扶養義務者(1人毎に3,000円)※最大3人まで
【給料】258,000~670,000円(勤続年数、インセンティブ、家族手当を含まず
