マーケティング・営業インターン(役員直下/aiツール活用)

仕事内容:

株式会社Li-rightは、歯科・美容・保育・介護などヘルスケア領域に特化した総合マーケティング支援を行う会社です。

クライアントの「正しい価値・本気の取り組み」を世の中に伝えることにコミットしています。

本ポジションでは、役員直下のチームにて、マーケティング・セールス領域の実務を担当していただきます。

未経験の方でも、実務を通じて段階的に業務をお任せしていきます。

主な業務内容

  • 営業戦略の立案・改善
  • 見込み顧客リストの作成
  • アポイント獲得(電話・DMなど)
  • 提案資料の作成
  • 商談への同席
  • SNSデータの分析および改善提案

業務では、ChatGPT・Gemini・GensparkなどのAIツールも活用しながら、

マーケティングとセールスを横断的に経験できます。

また、誰もが知る大手上場企業の元AI推進部長がチームにジョインしており、

実務を通じてAIツールを活用するスキルを身につけられる環境です。

業務委託契約での募集ですが、長期インターンとしての位置づけとなります。

役員が伴走しながら、実務・成長の両面をサポートします。

必須条件

  • 基本的なPC操作ができる方(Googleドキュメント・スプレッドシート等)
  • 周囲とコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を進められる方
  • 与えられた業務を最後までやり切る意欲のある方

歓迎するスキル・経験

  • 営業、マーケティング、接客など人と関わる業務の経験
  • テレアポ・法人営業・商談対応の経験
  • ChatGPT等のAIツールを業務で使用した経験
  • 資料作成(PowerPoint / Googleスライド等)の経験

  • 月〜金のうち 週3〜5日
  • 9:00〜19:00の間で1日5〜8時間

給与:

時給1,200円を基本給として支給します。

別途、成果に応じた成果報酬制度があります。

成約1件につき5,000円を支給します。

固定残業代の設定はありません。

時間外勤務が発生した場合は、稼働時間に応じて支給します。

待遇・福利厚生:

業務委託契約(長期インターン)です。

契約期間は初回1か月、以降は双方合意のうえ更新します。

交通費の支給はありません。

各種社会保険の適用はありません。

服装・髪型は自由です。

業務に必要なツール・アカウントは貸与します。

勤務時間・曜日は相談のうえ柔軟に調整可能です。
