先輩社員の98%が未経験スタート

前職は営業、事務、販売、飲食、ドライバーなど本当にさまざまです。

未経験OKで終わらせず、最初は

・毎回先輩が横につき、施術の流れを一緒に確認

・いきなり一人で任せることはありません

・分からないことはその場で聞ける環境

この状態からスタートします。

体を使う仕事なので、正直最初は疲れます…

でも、無理な根性論ではなく、少しずつ慣れる前提で仕事を覚えていける環境です

必要なのは

・人と話すことに抵抗がない

・相手の変化を一緒に喜べる

この2つだけ

専門知識や技術は、研修とOJTでしっかり身につけられます

*「好き」「得意」が活きるポイント*

・美容や健康に興味がある 体の変化に気づきやすい

・接客経験がある お客様との信頼関係づくりが早い

元気さや発信力が最初から必要な仕事ではありません。

「人と向き合うのは嫌いじゃない」くらいで、十分スタートできます。

・週休2.5日制

  • 体を使う仕事だからこそ、無理なく長く働くための制度です。

・奨学金返還補助制度

  • 将来不安でやりたい仕事を諦めてほしくない、という想いから。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

休日休暇


週休2.5日制

※年末年始休暇あり(一部店舗を除く)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 18万6080円 〜 24万7650円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万2350円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり36時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
