We are seeking a talented individual to join our HR Transformation team. This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan and requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Organizational Change Consultant (Digital/HR Transformation)

Mercer supports clients in digital and organizational transformation by providing HR technology solutions. Our main services include:

• Talent management strategy execution with systematization
• Systematization planning for global talent management
• Supporting HR function transformation to enhance efficiency

We collaborate with external partners to develop new solutions and services. Our consultants participate in various projects, including HR technology and talent management, to leverage Mercer's expertise in organizational and HR transformation.

We will count on you to:

• Provide consulting services to clients in HR and digital fields
• Support clients in HR function reform
• Build relationships with clients, develop business, and create proposals
• Manage projects (quality, schedule, revenue), deliver results
• Builts relationships with external partners (IT vendors, etc.) and develops new solutions and services
• Contribute to organizational growth and talent development

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (MBA or equivalent acceptable)
• Experience in HR function reform and HR technology projects in consulting firms
• Critical thinking skills
• Interpersonal understanding
• Communication skills
• Learning agility
• Diversity understanding
