東金市で活動するフルスインガーズは、2026年より本格始動する中学生硬式野球チームです。

私たちが目指しているのは、ただ勝つためのチームではありません。

「技術」「身体づくり」「思考力」を軸に、中学3年間で選手一人ひとりの可能性を最大限に引き出し、将来トップアスリートとして羽ばたくための土台を育てる育成型チームです。

そのチームづくりに欠かせないのが、運営を支えるサポートスタッフの存在です。

選手が安心して練習に集中できる環境を整え、指導者が育成に専念できる体制をつくる。

そうした日々の積み重ねがチームの質を高め、選手の成長を力強く後押しします。

グラウンド整備、練習の準備、送迎、出欠確認など、仕事内容は決して派手ではありません。

しかし、選手や指導者から直接「ありがとう」と声をかけてもらえる、やりがいの大きな仕事です。

そして何より、本気で成長しようとする子どもたちの姿に触れながら、サポートする側である自分自身も学び、成長していける環境があります。

それが、フルスインガーズの運営サポートという仕事です。

【仕事内容】

野球チームの運営全般を、スタッフみんなで分担して行います。

<主な業務内容>

・練習時の出欠確認、連絡対応

・練習試合・イベント時の出欠確認

・グラウンド整備

(トンボがけ、ネット補修、ゴミ拾い、清掃など)

・練習補助

(ボール拾い、球出しなど簡単なサポート)

・選手の送迎業務

・イベント・大会運営の補助

・チーム備品の管理・準備

<働き方について>

・勤務時間:8:00~17:00の間

・週1日~、1日4時間~OK

・土日祝のみの勤務も可能

・シフト制で、無理なく続けられます

未経験からスタートしたスタッフも多数在籍。

最初は簡単な業務からお任せし、徐々に慣れていける環境です。
