We're seeking a Director to join our ISG Equity Operations team within Product Support & Services, responsible for transaction support and post-execution processes. The role involves partnering with business units to support financial transactions, devise controls, and develop client relationships.

The Director will lead the Equity Cash Client Processing (CCP) Group, supporting clients and business divisions with a wide range of services, including trade confirmations, settlement processes, and business enablement. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering strategic and regulatory projects, as well as change initiatives for the Equity CCP team.
• Building and maintaining internal and external client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Working closely with the team to ensure trades are booked correctly, confirmations are sent accurately, and unmatched and fails are managed.
• Reviewing and monitoring risk reports, solving exception items, and maintaining effective risk controls.
• Ensuring a robust control framework within the team and implementing best practices.
• Building client relationships through day-to-day processing and contacts.
• Dealing with queries from external and internal clients.
• Understanding the firm's systems and inter-dependencies for effective usage.
• Liaising with other divisions for problem-solving and meeting client requirements.
• Participating in New Product assessment and implementation.

Key qualifications include:

• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Japanese language proficiency is required, with English being essential.
• Proficiency in PC skills, including Excel and Word.
• At least 4 years' relevant experience is generally expected.
