WTWのRetirement部門は、日本ならびに諸外国の退職給付制度・福利厚生について、豊富な経験を持つスタッフが資産運用、退職給付、コミュニケーションに関するコンサルティング知識を組み合わせることで、客観的・中立的なコンサルティングを提供します。世界に広がるネットワークを活かし、グローバルな視点に立った幅広いサポートを実施します。
The Role
WTWのRetirementチームは退職給付制度と資産運用の専門知識を駆使して、世界中のグローバル企業の退職給付制度の設計、管理、運営のサポートを提供しています。クライアントが確定給付年金や確定拠出年金を有している場合、目標に合ったアプローチを見つけるために、制度設計、年金会計、年金財政、資産運用の観点から包括的にクライアントを支援します。
Retirement コンサルタントとして、戦略的な制度設計、財務分析、リスク管理、企業の合併や買収時のアセスメントなど、様々なプロジェクトに参加する機会があります。
主なプロジェクト
- 退職給付制度コンサルティング(制度設計、ベンチマーキングおよびベンダー選定)
- 退職給付会計・リスクマネジメント(退職給付会計計算、年金財政計算、年金ALM、ガバナンス体制構築)
- M&Aに関するコンサルティング(退職給付に関するデューデリジェンス、ディール後の制度統合サポート)
- グローバルサービス(海外法人の退職給付制度のグローバル管理)
- 退職給付制度の市場調査
主な業務内容:
- プロジェクトマネージャとして、目標、予算、タイムライン、成果物、などが計画通りに進捗していることを確認
- クライアントへの主要かつ日常的な連絡担当:効率的なコミュニケーションでクライアントとの信頼関係を構築
- 関連する法律や規制に変更の理解のもと、クライアントのニーズを踏まえてた制度設計案を提案、多様なステーホルダー(人事や財務など国内外の関係者)と調整しながらクライアントの意思決定をサポート
- 組合・従業員コミュニケーションや当局への申請などの導入プロセスをサポート
- 会計基準の理解のもと前提条件の提案し数理計算結果をクライアントに報告(監査人の対応を含む)
- 他プラクティスや海外オフィスと連携し、クライアントのより広範なビジネス課題に対応
- 作業成果物の技術的なチェック
- 新しいツールやアプローチの開発に貢献
- 年間稼働時間数ターゲットの達成
- プロジェクトチームのアソシエイトに対するメンターとしての役割

Qualifications
The Requirements
Essential
- 3年以上の信託銀行、保険会社(生保・損保)、確定拠出年金の運営管理機関、コンサルティングファーム、会計事務所などでの年金数理あるいは退職給付コンサルティングの実務経験 (経験が5年未満の候補者でも、Associate/Lead Associateとしての採用の可能性あり)
- 学士号
- MS Excel、PowerPoint、Wordビジネスレベル
- ネイティブレベルの日本語
- 英語でのコミュニケ―ションに抵抗のないレベル
Desirable
- アクチュアリー会研究会員(複数科目合格)、準会員または正会員(試験休暇や昇給などアクチュアリー試験サポート制度あり)
- DCプランナー、ファイナンシャルプランナー、証券アナリスト資格
- 確定給付企業年金の財政計算に関する経験
- 修士号
- ビジネスレベル英語力
