■業務内容
オフィスビルや商業施設、工場、病院など、あらゆる用途の建物の「空気調和
設備・給排水衛生設備」の設計、積算業務を担当いただきます。
現場の課題に対する検討や工事の効率化などの支援も?います。【仕事内容】
■営業が集めてきた情報をもとに、建築条件や周辺環境などから考えられる設備プランを検討し、設計計算を?います。
■その後、設備の実施設計図をCADで作成し、積算を?います。
■お客様のニーズとコスト、環境性能、施工性などを多角的に検討し、最適な設備プランを提案
※使用CAD?CADEWA、Rebro、Rebit、T-fas、AutoCAD など
設備設計のプロフェッショナルとして、常に技術的な知識やアイデアが求められるやりがいのあるポジションです。
