月給:178,000円 - 359,900円

基本給:160,000円〜271,900円

調整手当:10,000円

ベースアップ評価料手当:8,000円

主任手当:30,000円

課長手当:70,000円

・試用期間3ヶ月(同待遇)

・年間賞与3.8ヶ月(前年度実績)

・扶養手当:10,000円/人

※扶養手当は満18歳に達する日以後の最初の3月31日までの間にある扶養する子に支給されます。

・住宅手当:15,000〜20,000円

※住宅手当は家賃金額によって異なります。

・診療費補助あり

・慶弔費支給(結婚・出産祝い金等)

フレッシュアップ休暇は毎年4月1日に5日間支給されます。

中途入職の場合は支給日数が以下の通りとなります。

マイカー通勤:通勤距離及び駐車場の空き状況による。
