【職務内容】
急拡大中のココナラ経済圏を牽引するインフラ・SRE組織全体のマネージャーをお任せします。
▽主な業務内容
■部門の開発方針・技術ロードマップ策定、インフラコスト管理
■プロジェクトマネジメント:方針決定、スケジュール作成・進捗管理
■ピープルマネジメント:目標設定・評価、1on1、メンバー育成、文化/マインドの熟成、採用
■日々の運用:各種メトリクスのモニタリング、運用の改善活動
▽利用ツールと環境
■言語:Go, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, PHP
■サーバ:AWS VPC, EC2, ECS, RDS, ElastiCache, S3, CloudFront, GCP Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine
■サーバOS:Ubuntu, Amazon Lin(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【必須経験・スキル】
■マネジメント経験をお持ちの方(目標設定、評価)
■クラウドインフラ構築経験をお持ちの方(AWS経験必須)

■フォールトトレラントなインフラの設計・構築・運用経験
■100万人以上ユーザーを抱えるサービスのインフラ運用経験
■インフラコスト管理の経験
