採用マネージャーは、ホテルの年間採用戦略プランの責任者であり、採用効果がホテルのビジネス要件を満たすよう採用活動を推進し、市場で最高の雇用主ブランドとしての基準を維持・向上させます。
What will I be doing?
リクルートメントマネージャーとして、以下の業務を最高水準で遂行します:
部門長との人員計画の話し合いに参加し、ホテルの年間人員予算計画をアシストする。
年間採用戦略計画をアシストし、オープンポジションに適格な候補者を補充するための実行を確実にする。
効果的な採用チャネルを維持・模索し、採用活動を実施し、これらのネットワークと良好な関係を保つ。
すべての募集ポジションを採用チャンネルに迅速に掲載し、広告内容がブランド基準や関連ポジションに合致していることを確認する。
適切な手順に従い、候補者を発掘し、ディレクター以下のポジションの候補者全員の一次面接を実施し、採用責任者との面接を手配する。
出張や視察に参加し、学校、カレッジ、大学で採用活動を行う。
すべての候補者の履歴書や個人情報を適切に管理し、採用活動を効果的に報告する効果的なシステムを積極的に構築する。
採用の効果や市場の状況を分析し、HR戦略チームリーダーに調整を提案する。
- 候補者にタイムリーなフィードバックを与え、オンボーディングの要件を明確に伝え、オンボーディングとチェックインのプロセスをサポートする。
- プロフェッショナルとして振る舞い、ホテルとブランドの評判を維持する。 キャンパス契約、リクルートプラットフォーム契約、アウトソーシング契約、その他すべての代理店契約承認プロセスに関与し、契約期間中のサービス品質を監視する。 インターンとのコミュニケーションセッションを企画し、インターンプログラムのフォローアップを行い、コンバージョン率を最大化する。 採用・人事関連システムのデータ更新とモニタリング、トレーニングの実施。 採用プロセス紹介、採用システム、面接スキルトレーニングを部下や採用マネージャーに実施する。 個人プロファイル管理、チーム活動、外国人就労ビザ申請、スタッフ施設管理など、その他の人事業務で人事チームを補佐する。 採用報告書を迅速に提出し、数字が正確であることを確認する。 部下の管理・育成を行い、必要に応じて速やかに指示・指導を行う。 部下が適切な業務手順を遵守していることを確認し、部下とともに業績評価を実施する。 メディアに掲載する採用情報を迅速に準備し、更新する。 その他指示された職務を遂行すること。 経営陣は、独自の裁量で、事前の通知なしに、この職務内容を変更する権利を留保します。
