【紹介・リピート顧客8割】お家の外壁・屋根塗装やリフォーム・メンテナンスのご提案をお任せします。
具体的な仕事内容
外壁・屋根塗装をメインに、住宅の内装リフォームやメンテンナス全般のご提案をお任せします。
営業1人当たりの1カ月の契約件数は平均10件程度です。(外壁・屋根塗装が2~3件、その他リフォーム・メンテナ
ンスが7~8件)

■工事中現場への訪問
■外壁塗装・リフォームサービスのご提案
■作業の手配や進行の管理
■見積書の作成、その他事務作業
【入社後の流れ】
さまざまなスタイルの営業社員が在籍しているので、それぞれのもとに1週間ずつついていただき、営業スタイルや
知識などを学んでいただきます。
ベテランから若手まで幅広い年齢層の社員が在籍未経験者でも安心して相談できる環境が整っていますので、分
からないことはいつでも聞いてくださいね
独り立ちの時期は経験を考慮し柔軟に対応していきますので、未経験の方もご安心ください◎
【1日のスケジュール】
09:00 出勤
09:30 見積書の作成などの事務処理
12:00 休憩
13:00 工事中の現場を訪問
14:00 工事中の現場周辺で営業活動
18:00 暗くなり次第直帰

当社ではこれまでの信頼から、リピートや紹介、チラシなどの広告から問い合わせをいただいた見込み顧客が8割
となりますので、営業がしやすいことが大きな特長
新規開拓の際は、すでに工事を行っているお宅のご近所を中心に営業していきますが、工事の様子を見て興味を持
っている方も多いので、営業未経験の方も安心です。

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)
★退勤時間は「外が暗くなったら」
冬にはほとんどの社員が17時前に退勤しています
夏でも17時半ごろに退勤が可能です◎

理論年収: 500万円~600万円
