Especially we are looking for the people who can teach Japanese in following languages

English, Indonesian, Burmese, Hindi, Tamil, Sinhalese, Mongolian, Tagalog, Bengali, Thai, Vietnamese, etc.

LOCATION: Remote(100%)

Who we are/What we do

Our journey started as The Japanese Language class and Language Exchange Association established in 1998.

We have been helping foreigners to learn Japanese and helping Japanese people to learn foreign languages in order to contribute for multicultural understanding.

When COVID-19 stopped us from all our face-to-face activities, we decided to establish RINXs Co., Ltd. in July 2020 with our mission

"We can show people from all over the world how fun it is to learn together online".

"RINXs is the Japanese sound for ""link""(connect)."

We have been involved in multiculturalism for a long time, and we aim to be a company that connects Japan and the world.

We're more than just an online learning tool.

We know how important it is to teach and learn from each other, and that's why we set out to be a company that promotes "mutual learning",

not a one-way learning style like typical schools. Because it's just not fun

We offer private lessons in various languages, language exchange programs, conversation groups, international exchange programs, discussions on various topics and many more.

From Japan to the world, and from the world to Japan. We believe in the possibilities of online, we believe in the possibilities of us.

Who we want

・Who loves to teach your language from the people around the world

・Who wants to start teaching language to be a language teacher

・Who wants to host a language exchange meeting and connect with people all over the world

・Who wants to host workshops or discussion related your culture-Any ideas related to language or culture are very welcome

・Who empathizes with our mission and has passion to contribute as team

On our platform, we are open for any level of language lesson, from casual conversations to advanced/business/academic preparation.

Requirements

・Technical equipment (High speed internet connection, headset with microphone, laptop/desktop with a camera)

・Comfortable quiet working environment

・Basic knowledge with MS Office, Google drive, using E-mail and social media.

・Basic knowledge of how to use Zoom

・Teaching license is not a requirement to have your own class/workshop/event on our platform.

私たちの歩みは、1998年に設立した「日本語教室とランゲージエクスチェンジの会」から始まりました。

外国人の日本語学習と日本人の外国語学習を支援し、多文化共生に貢献することを目的に活動してきました。

コロナ禍で対面での活動ができなくなったことをきっかけに、オンライン語学学習の必要性を感じ、

「オンラインなら、世界中の皆さんに楽しく学習できる事を発信できる」という思いで、

2020年7月に株式会社RINXsを設立しました。

・Zoomの基本的な使い方を知っていること

・弊社でのクラス・ワークショップ・イベント開催に際し、教員免許の有無は問いません。
