• Supervise and coordinate spa service activities, including salon, skin care, and program coordination.
• Ensure employee satisfaction and guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness, managing supplies, and empowering employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct human resources activities, including soliciting employee feedback, observing service behaviors, and participating in employee recognition programs.
• Manage budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports to assist in financial management of the department.
