みなし労働時間:1日あたり9時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

専門業務型裁量労働制により、

1日9時間30分働いたものと

みなされます

営業時間:9:00~18:00

※土日祝の休日出勤が発生した場合は、

振替休日を設定します

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 24万9333円 〜 43万6333円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり8万4000円 〜 14万7000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

*年俸制です

(400万円~700万円)

  • 年俸の12分の1を毎月支給

(月額33万3333円~58万3333円)

*経験・年齢・能力を考慮して決定

*年俸更改:年1回(5月)

※年俸とは別に業績に応じて
