Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure smooth and proper operation in Spa & Fitness
  • Manage the treatment and spa facility booking effectively to maximize profits
  • Handle guests' enquiries and feedback in a professional manner
  • Telephone and Reservation system management

General Requirements

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Japanese 
  • Work experience as Receptionist is a plus
