航空宇宙分野の精密部品を、立形・横形・5軸マシニングセンターで加工します。

機械を動かすオペレーターとしての能力を重視しています。

  • 主な業務:段取り、複雑形状加工、検査が中心です。

  • 製品実績:航空機用エンジン部品、ロケット・宇宙機器部品(JAXA向け等)など

求める人材:

・マシニングセンターの実務経験が5年相当が目安です。

*経験は3年だけど5年並の事が出来るも可能です。

勤務時間・曜日:

■勤務時間 8:30~17:30 (実働7時間50分/休憩70分)

■残業 月平均20時間程度 ※残業代は別途全額支給します。

■勤務曜日 月曜日~金曜日 ※会社カレンダーに準ずる(年間休日128日)

給与:

想定年収:340万円~660万円

※上記年収は、基本給(191,000円~306,000円)に、賞与、諸手当(住宅・食事・皆勤・勤続など)、月20時間程度の残業代を含んだモデル金額です。

※経験・スキル・年齢を最大限考慮し、優遇いたします。

※時間外手当(残業代)は、実績に応じて全額支給します。

※賞与は年2回(前年度実績:計2.5ヶ月分)です。
