採用アシスタント募集

未経験OK|時給1,200円|1日4h〜|夕方からの勤務もOK

このお仕事は、

応募者さんとの連絡や面接の予定調整など、採用がスムーズに進むように整えるサポート役です。

テンプレもあるので、未経験でも始めやすいです

採用に関する「連絡・調整」を中心に、面接対応もお任せします

とはいえ、いきなり一人で全部…ではなく、研修&サポートありで安心スタートです

具体的には…

・応募者確認(フォーマットあり)

・面接の日程調整/リマインド連絡(テンプレあり)

・面接のご案内送付(テンプレあり)

・応募状況のカンタン入力・更新(フォーマットあり)

・面接対応(オンライン)

・質問が来たら一次対応(むずかしい内容は社員へパスでOK)

※面接は「雑談っぽく人柄を見る」スタイルなので、ガチガチな面接というより会話ベースです。

※慣れるまではフォローします

【勤務時間・曜日】

営業時間:10:00〜21:00

勤務時間:1日4時間〜OK

勤務日数:週2日〜週5日

土日祝を含むシフト制

夕方以降に出られる方歓迎

(例:17:00〜21:00/18:00〜21:00 など)

学校・本業・家事の合間にも
