APPLICATION ENGINEER
ROLE PURPOSE
- Take care of the company's products introduction to the private and public clients in coordination with the sales engineer of each aera and under the management of the Sales Director
- Take care of the demonstrations and the training of the users, before or after the sale
- Track down projects over the territory by prospecting using the clients list provided by the sales engineer
- Carry his/her missions in the countries where the company has its activity
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Execute demonstrations of the product
- Carry out the following up of the installed systems
- Organize or co-organize information meetings for the clients with introduction and presentation of the device
- Can install a system completely
- Pass clients' information on the product perception and inform them in the CRM
- Support the Sales engineer on certain matters
- Undertake specific tasks on assigned market sectors, in order to develop them (feasibility study, prospection, qualification, project progress, business conclusion with the Sales engineer)
- Responsibility includes :Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating ultrasound machine including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers
- Support Trade Shows and Professional Conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.
- Responsible for maintaining KOL in the regions and responsible to train Distrubutor Sales,Application and Service Team from time to time for capability enhancement
- Will be responsible for Pre and Post Sales of the ultrasound machine.
- Pre sales activities by Product presentation to identified customer in your region.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Qualified as a clinical laboratory technician and have more than 5 years of work experience in a hospital or company
- Good team spirit, excellent customer relations
- High self-management ability
- Master current computer tools (Pack office, CRM tool...)
- TOEIC score of 550 or above, English conversation ability equivalent to E
