Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is ¥6,500,000 (approximately $55,000 USD). This includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and other benefits as outlined below.

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Program Manager to join our APAC region team based in Japan. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective overall management and execution of client deliverables. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Project tracking, gathering necessary information, and maintaining status documentation
* Establishing priorities and developing project schedules
* Troubleshooting project delivery challenges and collaborating with colleagues to address these
* Gaining an in-depth familiarity with standard operating procedures/compliance requirements for Envision and clients
* Contributing to the continuous enhancement of internal team operations
* Establishing excellent relationships with client team members and external experts and liaising directly, as appropriate, within the scope of the role
* Taking ownership of ad hoc and assigned projects, as necessary, in support of team workload

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Bilingual in Japanese and English (written and verbal)
* Demonstrable experience in a project/account coordination role within a medical communications, or similar, agency environment
* Demonstrable experience of managing processes and best practice
