仕事の内容


工事巡回作業と入出管理の警備員を募集します。

2026年1月26日から約4か月間の工期です。

その後も継続して勤務してもらえるなら、現場は多数ございますので度安心ください。

月曜日から日祝祭日も現場は動きますので、そのうち数日間でもお手伝いいただければ幸いです。

【当社独自の手当も】

  • 暑い日(気温35度以上)手当:300円/日
  • 寒い日(気温0度以下)手当:300円/日

資格者手当が月1万円つきます。

【当社で求める基礎スキル】

高いコミュニケーション力は求めません。

普通に挨拶ができる。まずはここを大事にしています。

【丁寧な教育あり】

未経験の方や不安な方には自信がつくまで丁寧にしっかりと教えます。

誘導・広報など一からお教え致します。なので、安心して下さいね。

もちろん、独り立ち後も困ったときにはいくらでもサポートしますよ。

10:00~17:00(休憩60分)

月曜日から日曜日

勤務日は選べます

※現場により多少の変動がございます

※現場が早く終わっても1日分の給与は保証します(社内規定あり)

工事が始まるまでも他現場は多数あります。

日給 10,000円 ~ 19,500円

※研修期間(新任研修)も時給を支払います。

※現場が早く終わってもi1日分の給与は保証します

※週払いあり。

※正月(12月31日~1月3日)・お盆手当:1,000円/日

※夜勤(22時~翌5時)手当:25%アップ/時間

【別途手当あり】

  • 資格手当:(手当幅はお持ちの資格による)

・交通誘導警備1級・2級:10000円/月

・指導教育責任者2号警備:10,000円/月

資格取得支援制度ありますので、どんどん資格も取得可能

取得支援は全額会社負担しますし、教える事も可能です。
