仕事内容


従業員の生活習慣改善対策を強化・推進するため、保健師を増員いたします。

主な業務内容は、将来の健康リスクの高い健康課題(喫煙、高血圧、メタボ等)を抱える従業員に対して、生活習慣改善や卒煙勧奨等の保健指導の実施です。

【必須要件】

  • 産業保健師としてのご経験・面接指導のご経験がある方

年齢の条件と理由:48歳以下/例外事由(3号のイ):長期勤続によるキャリア形成を図る観点から、若年者等を期間の定めのない労働契約の対象として募集しているため

勤務時間


実働時間:7時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日~22日

  • 就業時間: 9:00~17:00
  • 休憩時間: 60分
  • 時間外労働: ほぼ無

休日

  • 年間休日日数:120日以上
  • 完全週休2日(土・日・祝日)/年末年始、有給休暇(入社時よりあり)/その他特別休暇/産休育児休暇制度:あり

月給 33万円~35万6000円

(一律手当を含む)

  • 入社時想定年収 495万円~534万円
  • 月給:33万円~35.6万円
  • 賞与:年2回(約3ヵ月分)

通勤交通費:規定に則り全額支給
