External Description:
株式報酬制度の運用: 全世界の従業員に対するRSU(譲渡制限付株式ユニット)やPSU(パフォーマンス・シェア・ユニット)の付与、権利確定(Vesting)、売却(Sell to Cover)などの一連のプロセスを管理する。
コンプライアンス & 会計: 各国の証券法や税制への準拠を確実にし、IFRS(国際財務報告基準)に基づいた株式報酬費用のデータ作成・報告を行い、監査法人対応をする。
ベンダー & ステークホルダー管理: 証券代行業者(ComputershareやEquity Gateway等)、社内の給与、法務、財務部門、および外部弁護士と連携し、プロセスを円滑に進める。
従業員コミュニケーション: 日英両言語で株式報酬に関するトレーニングや問い合わせ対応を行い、従業員の制度理解を促進する。
M&A対応: 買収時の株式報酬のロールオーバー(権利引き継ぎ)等の特別プロジェクトをリードする。
