【業務内容】
介護施設にて、利用者さまが日常生活に"参加しやすくなる"ことを目的としたリハビリを行います。歩行や立ち上がりなどの基本動作訓練に加え、施設内で過ごしやすい環境づくりや、活動参加のための動作アドバイスも実施。
介護・看護スタッフと協力しながら、利用者さまの「できること」を自然と増やすサポートを行うお仕事です。
【1日のスケジュール例】
8:45 出勤・情報共有
9:00 生活場面の動作確認(朝の移動・居室環境チェック)
9:30 午前個別リハ(生活動作・バランス練習など)
11:30 昼食前の動作練習・環境調整サポート
12:00 休憩
13:30 午後の活動参加サポート(体操・外気浴など)
15:30 スタッフ間連携・記録作成
17:00 退勤
