【業務詳細】

ビジネス企画担当として、金融業界(証券・銀行・資産運用会社)向けに以下のような業務をご担当いただきます。

・ビジネスモデルの企画、提案、マーケティング活動

・提案の素材となるソリューションの企画

・制度情報などの収集、顧客に対するコンサルティング

・プリセールス、営業支援

【採用部門概要】

ITコンサルティング、営業、企画・マーケティングを有する本部で、事業会社、生損保・銀行・証券等の金融機関、官公庁、健康保険組合が主な顧客です。

■平均勤続年数:17.7年

■平均年間有給休暇取得日数:18.2日

1時間単位での申請も可能であり、有給休暇の取得を促進しています。

■平均残業(所定外労働)時間:30.5時間 ※所定労働時間7.5時間

■育休取得率・育休からの復職率共に100%

■住宅手当:家賃額の50%(最大5万円)

■テレワークについて:

生産性向上や育児・介護の支援を目的に、テレワークを取り入れています。

またテレワークの更なる生産性向上を目的に、社員が多く居住する地域を中心に専用のサテライトオフィスがあります。(横浜、立川、船橋)

メインオフィス出社時と変わらない業務に集中できる執務環境が整備されています。

【必須要件】

※以下いずれかの業務経験をお持ちの方

■金融業界(証券・銀行・資産運用会社)向けソリューション提案経験

■金融業界(証券・銀行・資産運用会社)での企画業務経験

【歓迎要件】

■マーケティング等の調査、情報収集スキルがある方

■SI型の営業経験がある方

■社内外のステークホルダーとの調整スキルがある方

■金融業界全般の流れ、最新技術情報やトレンドに関する知見がある方

■財務/管理会計、法務、IT知識がある方

【給与】

年収 600 ~ 1100 万円

※残業代別途支給

※能力・経験・前給を考慮のうえ、同社基準により個別に決定いたします。

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
