仕事内容:

◤お仕事内容◢

ファミリーマート店舗にて、店舗運営全般をお任せします。

まずは基本業務からスタートし、将来的には店舗運営の中核を担っていただくポジションです。

未経験の方も、研修・OJTを通じて段階的にスキルを身につけられる環境です。

<具体的には・・・>

・レジ対応・接客業務

・商品の品出し・陳列・売り場づくり

・店内清掃・衛生管理

・新商品・キャンペーンの展開サポート

・発注業務(AI発注システムを活用)

・売上・在庫の管理補助

※慣れてきた方には、

スタッフ育成、シフト管理、数値管理なども段階的にお任せします。

株式会社愛知サンマウスは、コンビニエンスストア Family Mart のフランチャイジーとして、愛知県を中心に複数店舗を展開してきた企業です。

2025年、新たに 飲食事業部 を立ち上げ、「仙台ホルモン焼肉酒場 ときわ亭」の運営をスタートしました。 コンビニ運営で培った データ活用・オペレーション構築のノウハウ を活かしながら、飲食ならではの "体験価値" を提供していくことを目指しています。

勤務時間・曜日:

・9:00~22:00の間で実働8時間

・休憩60分

※基本的に夜勤なし

休暇・休日:

・年間休日105日

・完全週休二日制(シフト制)

・地下鉄名港線六番町駅のすぐそばに位置する店舗

・2階はまるでカフェのような広々としたイートインスペースが自慢

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥250,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥57,500(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
