Job Purpose:
TD SYNNEX株式会社のファイナンス部門の一員として、ディストリビューターにとって必要不可欠なリベート管理を担って頂くポジションです。

具体的には、顧客リベート課の中核を担う実務スペシャリストとして、営業部門と密に連携を行いながら、データ照合やExcelツールによるレポート作成などを含めて、リベート契約の管理、及び契約に基づいた正しい会計処理の実行、顧客に対する負債残高の見届けを行って頂きます。

Responsibilities:

顧客リベート課のシニアリベートアナリストとして、下記業務を担います。

• リベートプラン確認及び承認(10%)
• 契約リベート内容の確認
• 登録項目内容の確認
• 月次・四半期・年次処理(30%)
• リベート計上金額の内容確認及び承認
• リベート計上漏れ確認
• 請求業務(15%)
• リベート支払内容の集計及び請求確認
• 請求書発行依頼処理
• 売掛金への相殺連絡
• 未払金確認
• 残高確認業務(35%)
• リベートプラン毎の残高内容確認
• プロセス改善(10%)
• 業務移管お及び連携の見直し及び月次レポートオペレーション業務改善の推進
• レポーティングの質的向上の推進

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
・売掛債権管理又は買掛債務管理又はリベート債権管理又は債務管理 7年以上

・経理実務経験・経理照合業務実務経験者

・日商簿記2-3級があれば尚可
