仕事内容


未経験OKまずは2日間の体験勤務(給与補償あり)からスタート

【有給取得率ほぼ100%】【残業月20h以下】でプライベート・家庭との両立もバッチリ

20代〜60代まで幅広い年代がチームで支え合う、温かい職場です。

障がい者支援の現場は、楽な仕事ではありません。

利用者さん一人ひとりに心を寄せ、悩み、考え続ける仕事です。

「介護の仕事」正直、ハードルは少し高めだと思います。

それでも――

人と人との関わりを大切にしたい方には、

長く続けられる仕事です。

知的障がいのある20代から70代までの利用者さんが毎日通所されてきます。

その日の様子をうかがい、仕事をすることで社会に参加する事を支援します。

一緒に仕事をしたり、時にはおしゃべり、散歩や料理などレクにも取り組みます。

今日「鳩岡の家に通って良かったな」と笑顔になっていただくために支援に取り組みます。

利用者さんの1日の流れ(9:00〜15:30)

9:00 利用者さんが到着

カフェ班・クッキー班・軽作業班に分かれて仕事

11:30〜 昼食

13:00 午後の仕事、レクリエーション、外出

14:30 3階ホールで歌・ダンス

15:30 業務終了・送迎などで帰宅

他職種・未経験からスタートし、5年・10年と働いている職員が多数います。

20代〜60代まで幅広い年代が在籍され、女性職員が7割以上です。

困った時は声をかけ合い、相談しながら進める職場です

「一人で抱え込まない」ことを大切にしています。

契約職員からのスタートです

まずは契約職員として、実際の現場を体験してください。

「この仕事を続けたい」と感じた方は、

正規職員登用の道があります(実績あり)。

Q1. 福祉の仕事は初めてですが、大丈夫でしょうか?

A. はい。未経験から始めた職員が多く働いています。

他職種・未経験からスタートし、5年・10年と続けている職員も多数います。

いきなり一人で任されることはなく、チームで支援を行います。

Q2. 仕事についていけるか不安です。

A. まずは体験してから決めていただけます。

本採用前に、**体験勤務2日間(賃金補償あり)**を設けています。

実際の業務や利用者さんとの関わり、職場の雰囲気を体験したうえで、

「続けられそうか」を判断していただけます。

Q3. 体験勤務では何をしますか?

A. 職員と一緒に、日中活動や生活支援の補助を体験していただきます。

見学だけでなく、無理のない範囲で実際の現場に入っていただきます。

分からないことはその場で聞ける環境です。

Q4. 体験してみて合わないと感じたら?

A. 無理に続ける必要はありません。

「思っていた仕事と違った」「自分には合わない」と感じた場合も、

そのままお断りいただいて大丈夫です。

お互いにとって納得できる形を大切にしています。

Q5. 職場の雰囲気はどんな感じですか?

A. 幅広い年代が、相談しながら働いています。

20代〜60代まで在籍し、女性職員が7割以上。

困った時は声をかけ合い、チームで支援を振り返る職場です。

Q6. 子育て中でも働けますか?

A. はい。子育て世代をサポートしています。

基本給:月給 21万9900円

固定残業代:なし

・賞与年2回(契約職員:本俸1.35ヶ月分×2回、正規職員本俸1.5ヶ月分×2回)

・住宅手当(3000円〜12000円)

・資格手当あり(例:介護福祉士、社会福祉士、精神保健福祉士、理学療法士、作業療法士、言語聴覚士、管理栄養士、児童指導員、社会福祉主事、実務者研修、保育士、看護師、初任者研修など)

※法人経験年数により手当額増

・運転業務手当(毎月)あり

・ショートステイなど夜間対応が入った場合夜間手当あり
