仕事内容
■業務内容
防衛省向けのミサイルや航空機エンジンなど、国家の安全保障に不可欠な防衛装備品を手がけます。ご経験や適性に応じて、以下いずれかの領域をご担当いただきます。
【A】治工具設計
製造現場を支える"しくみ"を構想から設計するポジションです。
・全体計画の構想設計:製品仕様や工程に応じ、治具・作業ツールの基本構想を設計。
・詳細設計:電子部品用〜2m級の部品加工/組立用まで、用途に応じた治具を設計・図面化。
CAE解析や3Dプリンタによるモックアップ検証なども必要に応じ実施します。
・現場連携:社内製造部門や協力会社と調整し、現場展開や改善にも関与。
・将来的な役割:ライン全体のツーリング構想などで、工程設計をリードする立場へ。
【B】NCプログラミング
CAD/CAMで加工工程を最適化するプログラミングの技術職です。
・環境整備・仕様調整:
NCプログラムの実行環境構築に関与。CAM/ポストプロセッサ/シミュレータのソフトウェアセッティングと工作機械制御装置(FANUC等)のハードウェアセッティングを行います。
・プログラム設計:3軸〜5軸加工機向けにNCコードを設計。検証・改善まで一貫対応。
・現場連携:実際の加工はオペレーターや協力会社が実施。設計意図の共有や改善提案も担います。
・将来的な役割:2〜3年後には一連工程を自律的に担い、加工全体の最適化を推進。
【C】製造プランニング、製造設計
・防衛省向けミサイルエンジンの製造工程プランニングや生産シミュレーション
・生産性向上に向けた改善の実行
・新要素技術の開発
【D】工場・設備の立上
・工場・設備の構想/仕様検討、導入
・工場スマート化/DX推進

求める能力・経験・資格
必須要件
職務に応じて、以下のご経験は必須となります。
【A】治工具設計
・製造業における治具の構想・設計、またはそれに準ずる技術提案・設計支援の実務経験
※治工具設計未経験でも、製品設計や生産技術において工程改善や製造支援ツールの設計経験があれば可
【B】NCプログラミング
・製造業におけるNC/CAMプログラミングの実務経験
※加工プログラムの設計・作成を担当した経験を想定
※CAM未経験でも、NC加工の工程設計を担った経験があれば可
