We are seeking a technically skilled and proactive individual to join our Engineering Team with a focus on both acetate and titanium frame technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development, optimization, and support of jigs and molds used in our sample line production. This role requires a strong understanding of production processes, a hands-on approach to continuous improvement, and effective cross-functional communication with both internal teams and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

Jigs and Molds Development

• Focused involvement in the design, fabrication, and continuous improvement of jigs and molds for both acetate and titanium products.
• Based on production part ensure all tooling meets required standards for precision, durability, and process efficiency.

Technical Process Learning & Improvement

• Actively learn and document the technical processes involved in the production of acetate and titanium models.
• Identify and support opportunities for improvements in process control, quality, and management practices.

Design Evaluation & Engineering Support

• Collaborate with design, and production teams to evaluate new styles from a technical feasibility perspective.
• Develop or suggest necessary support tools and fixtures for efficient and accurate sample production.

Cross-functional and Cross-geography Collaboration

• Maintain regular communication with engineering and production teams in Italy and China, ensuring smooth project handovers and feedback loops.
• Share and implement best practices across geographies related to new parts, tooling, and jig development.

クロスファンクショナルおよびクロスジオグラフィーのコラボレーション
