【具体的にはこんなお仕事】

*流し込んだコンクリートを平にならす

*様々なデザインに仕上げていく

*2ヶ月ほど経てば土間工事の流れがわかってきます

*わからないことはどんどん聞いてください

*現場は関西一円で1日にまわるのは1現場のみ

*4~5人程度のチームを組んで作業

*大きな機械を使うことはありません

*昼休み以外にも「コンクリートの硬化待ちの休憩時間」があります。

土間工事の「職人」へ

安心のステップアップ

「左官・土間工事って何?」という方もご安心ください。

社長や先輩が、あなたのペースに合わせて丁寧に指導します。

  • 安全教育(初日)
  • まずは建設現場でのルールや安全に関する基礎知識を学びます。
  • 道具と基礎作業(1週間目)
  • 鏝(コテ)などの基本的な道具の名前や使い方、

コンクリートの特性について、実際に手を動かしながら覚えます。

  • 先輩の補助(1ヶ月目)
  • 先輩の作業を一番近くで見て、材料を運ぶ、

流し込んだコンクリートを均す(ならす)といった簡単な補助作業から担当していただきます。

  • 独り立ちへ(2ヶ月目〜)
  • 一連の流れを理解したら、少しずつメインの作業を任せていきます。

最短2ヶ月で日給UPを目指せるように、チーム全員でサポートします

【日給は随時UP】

頑張りやスキルは給与に必ず反映させてくれる社長。

最短で入社2ヶ月後には日給が1000円UPします

また日給+歩合制なので、未経験入社3年目で

1日に5万円を稼いでいる従業員もいます

現場の状況にもよりますが、作業を進めれば

進めるほどガッツリ稼ぐことができます。

現場によっては昼や14~15時頃に

終わることもありますが、日給は満額保障しています。

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 25日

8:00~18:00

※事務所に集合

12~14時頃に早く終わることもしばしばあります。

その場合も日給は満額保障です

基本給:月給 30万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

未経験者:日給1万3000円

経験者:日給1万6000円
