【主なお仕事について】

・乳幼児の基本的な生活のお手伝い

・安全な遊び環境の提供

・保護者の方との日々のコミュニケーション

・保育室の環境整備

グリーンストック保育園では、保育のお仕事が初めてだったメンバーもたくさん活躍中です。子育て中の方も多く、みんなで助け合いながら働いています。資格取得支援や手当もあり、成長をサポートします。
