軽貨物配送の仕組みや人員体制を整えながら、
売上・効率・品質すべてを高める【経営目線のマネジメント】に取り組んでいただきます。

エリア全体の稼働・運営管理
人材育成・配置最適化
ドライバー・管理層のサポート
業務フローの設計と改善
経営陣との戦略共有・提案活動 など
≪お仕事の流れ≫
最初の半年間は、仕事の全体像を把握していただくために、
ドライバー業務から入っていただきます
◆ドライバーの1日
① 指定された集荷拠点で商品を受け取る
↓
② 配送スケジュールに沿って効率的にルートを走行
↓
③ 配送先で荷物の受け渡し、納品完了の確認
↓
④業務終了、報告を終えたら自宅へ直帰
