[正]には、固定残業代:24,000円~48,000円/15~26時間相当分が含まれます。

※上記を超えて残業をした場合は、別途残業代をお支払いします。

※給与は、これまでの経験や能力をもとに決定します。

※固定残業代:24,000~(15時間~)を含む/月

(4)一級建築士・・・15,000円(5)二級建築士・・・10,000円(6)一級建築施工管理技士・・・15,000円

(7)二級建築施工管理技士(仕上)・・・10,000円(8)マンション維持修繕技術者・・・5,000円 など

仕事内容

  • 新築分譲マンションをご購入されたお客様を対象に、

インテリアのトータルコーディネートを提案する営業のお仕事です。

インテリアフェアでのご提案を中心に、

お客様の理想の住空間づくりをサポートしていただきます。

【具体的には】

・インテリアフェアでの来場者対応および商談

・家電、照明などのアイテム提案

・カーテン、壁、床のコーティングなどを含めたトータルコーディネート提案

・お客様の要望ヒアリングおよび最適なインテリアプランの作成

・インテリアフェアの企画、準備、運営全般

・関係各社との連携による開催スケジュール調整および業者対応 など

経験・資格


【必須】

・普通自動車運転免許をお持ちの方

・営業職の実務経験、またはリフォーム業界での実務経験がある方

【歓迎】

・インテリアコーディネーター資格をお持ちの方

・インテリアプランナー資格をお持ちの方

・建築士資格をお持ちの方

・施工管理技士資格をお持ちの方
