Job Location: Naval Hospital Okinawa, Japan - Urasoe, Okinawa, Japan

Position Title: Assistant Contract Maintenance Manager (ACMM)

Area of Requirement: Naval Hospital Okinawa – supporting site-specific operations under the CMM.

Scope:

Assists CMM and provides full coverage authority in absence at Okinawa MTFs.

Duties:

• Directs day-to-day facility O&M activities at assigned Okinawa MTF sites.
• Supervises personnel and ensures performance to standards.
• Coordinates with Government on service delivery and compliance matters.

Mandatory Experience & Certifications:

• Meets all qualifications required for CMM (3 years healthcare O&M, 5 years commercial facilities, supervisory experience).

Preferred / Desirable Certifications:

• ASHE CHFM certification.

Language Proficiency

• English – Level III proficiency.
• Japanese – Level III proficiency Speak, Write and Understand Japanese

Special Qualifications/Requirements:

Must be able to successfully pass, as required, a federal, state, or local government's background investigation
