To further expand the steadily growing Taiwan business, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Manager of Taiwanese Mandarin Content Production.

This role will be responsible for building a content production system, improving efficiency to enhance productivity, implementing strategies to improve content quality, and managing team members.

Responsibilities:
<\/div>

  • Quality check of Taiwanese Mandarin articles before publication (writing and editing are handled by external members)
<\/div>

  • Recruiting and training external writers and editors
<\/div>

  • Improving, redesigning, and optimizing work processes
<\/div>

  • Analyzing media data
<\/div>

  • Team management (with potential promotion to a managerial position based on skills and aptitude after joining)
<\/div><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Application Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Native level proficiency in Taiwanese Mandarin.
<\/div>

  • Native level knowledge and understanding of Taiwanese culture and lifestyle.
<\/div>

  • Must be from Taiwan or have long term residency experience in Taiwan.
<\/div>

  • Work experience in a venture company or a similar environment.
<\/div>

  • Experience in project management or business promotion.
<\/div>

  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel (including spreadsheet calculations, formatting, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions, chart creation, and data analysis).
<\/div>

  • Experience working with B2C web services.

  • Business level proficiency in English.

  • Experience studying or working in any of the countries/regions where the service is being deployed.
