Our home office is located in Phoenix, Arizona, US. There, the US Project Management Institute (PMI) has recently recognized our managing director as an "Exceptional Mentor".  Our branch in Japan is located in Karuizawa, Nagano prefecture. Key personnel reside in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo.

Role Description

This is a part time role for a Japanese lawyer, CPA, or administrative scrivener, based in or near Karuizawa in Nagano Prefecture. The professional in this position will provide advice and services enabling owners to close our Japan branch officially and efficiently. Timeframe for the project is 2026 Q1 and, as needed, Q2.

Qualification

• Knowledge of judicial and legal affairs, including compliance with Japanese law
• Proficient in handling administraative processes in coordination with relevant authorities
• Professional language proficiency in Japanese, with basic English conversation skills
• Experience related to closing businesses and business branches in Japan
• Qualifications as a certified Japanese Administrative Scrivener are preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in cross-cultural, bilingual, or global projects
