CVD装置の導入と保守を成功させ、運用を確立する。
標準を厳守しながら、予防保守スケジュールを確立し、遵守する。
装置の問題を解決し、ダウンタイムを最小限に抑えるためのトラブルシューティングを主導する。

最低限の資格:
工学または関連分野の学士号、または同等の経験。
製造環境におけるCVD装置の使用経験。
優れた分析力と問題解決能力。
優れたコミュニケーション能力とチームワーク能力。
望ましい資格:
工学の修士号、または同等の経験。
半導体製造環境での実務経験。
機器メンテナンスまたは関連技術分野における認定資格。

Responsibilities:
- Successfully implement and maintain CVD equipment to ensure flawless operation.
- Establish and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules while strictly following standards.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with CVD equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.
- Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Certification in equipment maintenance or relevant technical areas.
