・事業拡大と企業価値向上の戦略構築

・M&A戦略の立案から実行

をリードできる方が不可欠です。

【業務内容】

M&A戦略リーダーとして以下の業務を担当していただきます。

・M&A戦略の立案および実行

└ 事業ポートフォリオの最適化

└ 投資・撤退戦略の策定

・M&A案件(買収・出資・アライアンス)の企画・評価・推進

└ ターゲット企業の選定・スクリーニング

└ 財務・事業デューデリジェンス対応

└ 買収価値の定量評価・シナジー分析

・交渉支援(評価・条件設計・契約支援)

・PMI(買収後統合)の計画および実行支援

・経営層向けレポーティング・資料作成

・関係部署・外部パートナー(アドバイザー・法律事務所等)との折衝

・投資効果のモニタリングと改善施策の提言

※ご経験・志向に応じて、投資検討~PMIまでの各フェーズを裁量を持って担当いただきます。

【当社ビジネスについて】

当社がデベロッパーから一度借り上げた物件を、顧客(開業医)へ貸し出し利益を得るストック型のビジネスモデルになっています。大型商業施設への医院・クリニック展開はマーケットとしても拡大中で、数年での閉業などが起こりにくい領域でもあります。

当社ではすでに100社以上のクリニック開業実績があり安定していますが、今後も開業件数の増加に応じて、企業業績も高くなっていきます。

【必須要件】

◎M&A関連業務の実務経験

(買収実行、事業評価、デューデリジェンス、PMI等)

◎経営・事業戦略の立案・実行経験

◎財務・会計知識(財務分析、企業価値評価)がある方

【歓迎要件】

▼戦略コンサルティング、投資銀行、プライベートエクイティ等の経験

▼PMI(Post Merger Integration)の設計・実行経験

▼IT業界(SaaS 等)でのM&A戦略経験

▼英語力(読み・書き・会話)

▼BIツール/分析ツールを用いた定量分析経験

【給与】

年収 750 ~ 1500 万円
