We are looking for a Background Position

The Customer Care & Payment Protection Group (CCPA) Quality Management Team is made up of about 1000 group personnel, responsible for training and learning management, handling quality management of operators (CRR), management of the knowledge articles and FAQs used by CRR.

Currently, CCPA is working on various digital initiatives to achieve excellent customer success and more efficient business operations, and we are looking for members to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities

Learning & Development (Career & Capability Development)

This role involves achieving results for various initiatives in the area of skill and career development for group personnel.

- Planning new training programs and improving existing ones (mainly coaching for managers and management training, with various themes)

- Planning and developing certification programs

- Creating training materials using PowerPoint and videos

- Managing learning history and certifications using the group's e-learning system

- Analyzing training effectiveness and reporting

Experience, Skills, Certifications, Education (Required)

- Experience in talent development, skill and career development areas (regardless of industry)

or

- Experience in the financial industry (preferably in the life insurance industry)
