Your Role and Responsibilities JP*障がいのある方を対象とした、ビジネスおよびITの基礎を身につけていただく6ヶ月間の有償インターンシップ・プログラムです。ITの基礎知識を学びながら、チームワークを通じてコミュニケーション・スキルを向上し、IBMグループでの働き方を学ぶことができます。
IBMが求める人物像を理解しながら、就職活動の準備ができます。
基本的なITスキルを習得できます。
社会人基礎力を向上させ、社会人として働く準備ができます。
リモート勤務やシフト勤務を活用して、学業や就職活動との両立が可能です。

Have acquired basic PC operation skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Aspiring to be an IT professional at IBM Japan Group.
Those who have previously participated in Access Blue-related programs are ineligible to apply.
