SFCEの一員として将来の重要な戦略と方向性の決定並びにアストラゼネカジャパンの営業組織を含むプロモーション実施体制決定をサポートします
事業部長、Marketingや営業部門等のステークホルダーに対し各種分析や戦略を提案並びに効果的な情報やツールを提供ることにより、ブランド価値最大化、販売目標達成に貢献します

主な役割としては、以下のようなものがあります:
- 営業組織を含むコマーシャルモデル設計
- Segmentation & Targeting
- KPI目標値設定とモニタリング
- 営業賞与プランの設計並びに賞与支払の計算
- AIを活用したChannel-mixのプロモーション活動プランの作成
- 営業テリトリーデザイン
- シニアリーダーへの提案と結論に至るまでのプレゼンテーション/ファシリテーション
- 各製品のクロスファンクションチームに、SFCE代表として参加
- 営業マネージャー/営業推進部との協業による営業計画推進のサポート


As a member of the SFCE Department, you will support a variety of business-critical decition making for the future strategy and direction and the AstraZeneca Japan sales & other channel promotion structure
Your day-to-day work will contribute that our salesforce is optimally deployed to deliver brand value to our customers, field sales representatives are equipped with the information and tools needed to succeed in an increasingly competitive environment.

Typical responsibilities within this position may include:
- Commercial modeld deaign including saledforce orgamizaion
- Segmentation & Targeting
- KPI Target setting & Monitoring
- Field incentive scheme design and incentive payout calculation
- Create and provide AI-driven promotion activity plan
- Sales territory design
- Presentation & facilitation to senior leaders umtil achieving the conclution
- Join the Brand cross fanctional team as a representative of SFCE
- Drive sales plan execution with cooperation with sales managers and sales imprementation managers

■ 応募資格(経験、資格等)/ Qualification (Experience & Skill etc.)

【経験 / Experience】

製薬企業もしくはコンサルティング企業での経験(3年以上)
- 現職または過去に以下のようなポジションの経験がある:Marketing、Market reserch, Forecasting, Sales implementation, District manager,またはMR(M4 or M3レベル)
- 現職での成功経験

Minimum of at least 3+ years experience in pharmaceutical industry or consulting firm
- Current or prior experience as Marketing, Market reserch, Forecasting, Sales Impremntation, Disttrict Manager, or MR (M4 or M3 level)
- Proven track record of success in current position

医薬品/医療機器業界でのでのSFEもしくは営業企画の経験
プロジェクトマネージメントの経験 (> $1M)

Experience of SFE or Sales exeprence in Pharmaceutical / Medical device industry
Experience of project management (> $1M)
