泌尿器科領域に対して以下の活動を実施し、目標の達成および製品の市場浸透度を高める

• 全国企画の立案と実行(学会での共催セミナー含む)

• スピーカー・KOLマネージメント活動に対するサポート

• 本社戦略に基づき、営業所長と協力し、泌尿器癌領域におけるシナジー効果を生み出し、成果を創出する

• クロスファンクショナルチームのリードをとり、医療関係者に有益な情報を伝達する

• BAL上市に伴う適正使用情報の伝達をし、製品価値を高める

◆主な業務活動

• 戦略とエリアのアンメットニーズに基づき、全国企画立案・実行のリード

• 顧客インサイト分析に基づき関係部署との戦略戦術の立案

• 全社戦略を理解した上で、製品適正使用情報提供のために最適な企画を立案し実行

• 市場環境・外部調査分析からKey KOLの特定

• 学会活動による世論形成のサポート

• 目標の進捗やマーケット情報をマネジメント層に報告するとともに、マーケティングと連携し、全社戦略立案に必要な情報をフィードバックする

• BAL活動においては、

• • 本社戦略に基づき、マーケット情報の収集と情報に基づいたエリアプラン策定

  • 診断に関する高い知識を用いてCDx(コンパニオン診断)の普及、各施設内の検査をさらに普及させる
