◆株式会社エスオーエルについて

車の部品販売をメインにECで販売を長年行っています。

今ではネット販売は当たり前になっていますが、実は、当社は自動車部品販売を本格的にEC販売を開始したパイオニア的企業なんです♪

今回は、当社を社外の方にアピールする担当者を募集いたします

【◆ 仕事内容 ◆】

各事業ごとに運用しているSNS(Instagram/Facebook/Xなど)にて、

投稿の企画・作成・運用管理をお任せします。

「どんな内容がフォロワーに刺さるか」「どんな見せ方なら共感を得られるか」など、

自分のセンスや発想を活かして発信できるポジションです。

最終的にはSNSを活用した採用強化にも取り組んでいただく想定です

SNSで企業ブランディング・採用力強化・ファン育成といった当社の魅力を伝えて、新たにSNSという世界を構築してほしいです。

◆具体的には…

・SNSアカウント運用(投稿企画・文面作成・スケジュール管理)

・写真・動画の撮影・編集

・ユーザー反応の分析・改善提案・新企画立案

・SNSを活用した採用活動(採用広報、会社紹介コンテンツの発信 など)

社内スタッフとの素材収集・取材 など

「見られる投稿」ではなく「語られる投稿」を目指し、

ファンとの関係性を深めるSNS運用を一緒に創っていきましょう。

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥45,279〜¥56,598(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給250,000円~350,000円

※上記月給には月25時間分の

固定残業代(4万5,279円以上)を含み、超過分は別途支給いたします。

(月平均残業時間は10~15hほどです)
