仕事内容:

\年間休日120日・スキルアップ/ステップアップできます/

メディカルクルーズは大阪市内で4店舗の薬局を運営しています。

拠点によっては在宅医療に特化していたりと、

地域や社会を支えています。

今回は総務・経理・労務を担当いただき、

将来的には管理職へとステップアップしてくれる候補の方を募集しています。

【具体的な仕事内容】

▼経理

・日々の経理処理

・売上/支払いの管理

・店舗別の収支管理

・月次/年次の処理(試算表の作成、税理士とのやり取りなどの決算補助等)

▼総務

・書類の作成、管理(行政への提出書類、業者などとの契約書など)

・社内規定やマニュアルの管理、更新

・備品管理など

▼労務

・勤怠管理

・給与計算

・社会保険などの保険手続き(入退社などに伴う保険手続きも含む)

・雇用契約書など書類の管理

現在同じ業務を行っている先輩スタッフもおりますので

不安な時は相談しながら業務をすすめていただけます。

将来的にはマネジメント業務をお任せします。

ゆくゆくは新規事業を立ち上げる予定なので、

それに伴った業務も経験することができます。

求める人材:

・年次決算を一人で完結できる経理実務経験

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(実働8時間※休憩60分)

休暇・休日:

・シフト制(日曜日は固定でお休みです)

・年間休日120日(2026年度)

・夏季休暇3日

・年末年始休暇4日

・誕生日休暇1日

※会社規定年間カレンダーに基づく

・有給休暇(労働基準法のとおり付与しています)

*平日にまとめてお休みを取ったり、有給休暇とくっつけて連休にすることもできます。

*当局は半日開局はありません。そのため、きちんと丸一日お休みを取ることができます。

給与:

・昇給:年1回

・賞与:年2回(6月・12月/前年度実績2か月分※業績・評価による)

【研修期間】

入社後6か月間は研修期間で、研修期間中は有期契約社員となります。

研修期間終了後、面談により正社員登用です (研修期間中は給与・待遇に変更はありません) 。

これまでは基本的に全員正社員へ登用となっております。
