- Lead Dielectric deposition process development and implementation for best performance and reliability.
- Own equipment and processes in Dielectric deposition, handling excursions and driving corrective actions.
- Apply statistical process control to establish and sustain a robust manufacturing process.
- Work cross-functionally to define device performance requirements and establish best practices.
- Evaluate new equipment and stay updated on industry innovations and techniques.
- Collaborate with Production engineering teams to transition from concept to high-volume manufacturing.
- Requires M.S or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Physics, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Dielectric deposition and the semiconductor industry.
- Specialist-level understanding of sputtering-related equipment.
- Expertise in SAW technology/process development or manufacturing is a plus.
- Knowledge in Design of Experiments, statistical process control, and analysis tools.
- Experience in creating, documenting, and maintaining work instructions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both technical and interpersonal.
- Pragmatic and flexible attitude with a result- and data-driven mentality.
- Ability to work autonomously, well-organized, with a good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, professional level of written and verbal communication in English.
